My research mainly focuses to study the underlying mechanisms of mechano-transduction and autophagy in 2D/3D models for cell metabolisms including cell protrusion, adhesion and differentiation. I also work on developing stem-cells derived 3D organoid models of intestinal epithelium for the development of drug screening and translation medicine. Outside of lab, I enjoy ball games, hiking and organic farming.
