Droplet microfluidics is an advanced technology to create discrete droplets with the use of immiscible phases. Due to the small size of volume, the natural barrier to diffusion, and the ease for manipulation, microfluidic droplets perform as ideal microcontainers for biological and chemical targets. With the capacity to manipulate the droplets and analyze the encapsulated targets, our lab is equipped with extensive experiences in droplet processing and the based researches, including single-cell analysis, molecular sorting, etc.
